using a digital pen tablet. We write and draw with the digital pen on the tablet surface, and our writing shows up on the computer screen.
We see each other’s work…
by using the digital tablet to write on an interactive online whiteboard. Together, the tablet and whiteboard let us write on the same “page,” just like sitting side by side and writing on the same piece of paper during an in-person tutoring session. And the online whiteboard lets us see in real time what the other person is writing.
We talk to each other …
during the tutoring session on the phone or via optional Skype webcam or voice chat.
